ROLLEI ROLLEIFLEX 2.8D

  • 6 photos

The Rolleiflex 2.8D, model K7D, was produced from 1955 to 1956, with approximately 20,100 units made. It is similar to the previous model, utilizing the same Schneider Xenotar 2.8/80mm and Zeiss Planar 2.8/80mm taking lenses. A notable feature of this model is the incorporation of the EV system for aperture and shutter exposure settings, with EV numbers (3 to 18 EV) displayed on the shutter speed dial knob. It includes an arrow indicator that can be coupled to the aperture dial, and uncoupled by pressing a button on top of the aperture dial. The shutter release lock guard also received a larger, redesigned form.
