The Konica Autoreflex T, introduced in 1968, was the first focal plane shutter 35mm SLR to combine auto-exposure and TTL metering in one body. Known as the FT A in Japan and Revue Autoreflex TTL in Germany, this model marked a shift to a non-hyphenated "Autoreflex" name. It is a fully mechanical camera featuring shutter-priority auto exposure. Its CdS light meter requires two PX 675 type mercury batteries. The camera offers a shutter speed range from 1s to 1/1000s and Bulb. A special version, the Autoreflex W, included a timing back to imprint exposure times on film.
