The Kiev 6S, also known as the Kiev 6C, is a medium format SLR camera produced in Ukraine by the Arsenal factory during the Soviet era. Its design is closely based on the Pentacon Six. This fully manual camera features TTL metering within its removable prism and accepts both 120 and 220 roll film. It utilizes a cloth focal plane shutter with speeds ranging from 1/1000 to 1/2 second, plus a bulb setting. The Kiev 6S uses interchangeable lenses with the Pentacon Six mount. Original lenses for this model were uncoated. A distinguishing feature of the Kiev 6S is its left-hand shutter button.
