FUJIFILM TX-1

The Fujifilm TX-1 is a 35mm film rangefinder camera introduced in 1998, developed in collaboration with Hasselblad (where it was also sold as the XPan). It features a unique dual-format capability, allowing photographers to switch between standard 24x36mm and panoramic 24x65mm frames on standard 35mm film. The camera uses interchangeable lenses with a dedicated lens mount and offers manual focus operation. It is equipped with an electronically controlled, vertical-travel focal plane shutter with speeds from 8s to 1/1000s plus Bulb mode. The TX-1 includes aperture-priority auto exposure and manual exposure modes, with through-the-lens (TTL) metering. Its robust titanium body and panoramic capabilities make it notable among film rangefinders.
