FUJIFILM GF670W

  • 7 photos

The Fuji GF670W is a medium format rangefinder camera capable of shooting both 6x7 (56x69mm) and 6x6 (56x56mm) images using 120 or 220 roll film, allowing up to 24 exposures on a single roll. It features a fixed, wide-angle EBC Fujinon 55mm f/4.5 lens with a manually controlled helicoid focus that covers from 0.7m to infinity and utilizes a coincidence-type rangefinder focusing mechanism with automatic parallax correction. The camera offers both aperture-priority auto-exposure and manual exposure modes, with metering sensitivity from EV1.3 to EV18 at ISO 100 and exposure compensation of +/-2 EV in 1/3 stop increments. Its electronically-controlled leaf shutter offers speeds from 4 seconds to 1/500 second, and syncs with flash at all speeds via hot shoe or X-synch terminal. Distinguishing itself from its sibling, the folding Fuji GF670, the GF670W has a fixed lens and lacks bellows, catering to photographers who prefer immediate readiness without unfolding the camera. The GF670W is closely related to the Voigtlander Bessa III/667W, with which it shares design and function, differing mainly in finish and branding.
