The Pentax P30, known as the Pentax P3 in the US, is a 35mm film SLR camera released by Pentax in 1985. It features a plastic body and uses the KA-mount bayonet, allowing for Program mode with KA-mount lenses. It has a classic manual film advance lever and offers program, manual, X, and B exposure modes with shutter speeds from 1 to 1/1000 sec. The camera uses DX Encoding for film speeds from 25 to 1600 ISO and has a center-weighted meter. It is powered by two 1.5v SR44 or LR44 button batteries.
