  • 8 photos

The Holga 120N is a medium format toy camera known for its simple plastic construction and iconic lo-fi image characteristics, such as soft focus, heavy vignetting, and occasional light leaks. It uses 120 roll film and includes masks for shooting either 6x6cm (12 exposures) or 6x4.5cm (16 exposures) formats per roll. The camera features a fixed 60mm f/8 plastic lens, a zone focusing system that allows focusing from 3 feet to infinity, and selectable aperture settings (f/8 or f/11) for cloudy or sunny conditions. Shutter speed options include a fixed 1/100 second and a bulb mode for long exposures, with film advanced manually using a winding knob and frame count viewed through the rear red window. The body has a standard 1/4-20 tripod mount for stability during long exposure shots and a hot shoe mount for attaching electronic flash units. Designed for ease of use and experimentation, the Holga 120N is widely regarded as a classic among toy cameras, producing distinctive, creative photographs.
